    We purchased the eat this with 2 cookbook in paso Robles last weekend. We are trying to cook the stuffed rolled pork roast. It has a stuffing but the recipe is missing the amount of bread crumbs and dried fruit. Would you please provide the portions. Thank you.

    • Well, first, thank you for purchasing the book. I hope you enjoy the recipe.

      Should be 2 cups of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon dried cranberries (chopped) and 1 tablespoon dried apricots (chopped) — I checked the file and the text box was cut off. My proof reader and I missed that!

    Lisa, I just want you to know how much my wife and I appreciate food and wine pairing choices. Last evening we ejoyed the ‘Shrimp Noodle Stir Fry’ with Pear Valley Albarino. It was fantastic. The recipe arrived with a recent Pear Valley wine club shipment.

    Since moving from the SF Bay area to rural Connecticut (14 months ago) we have missed the opportunity to visit quality wineries, like Pear Valley, but we do so enjoy our wine club shipments and your cookbooks.
